About Brian Benham

I was introduced to fly fishing by my wife 25 years ago as an escape from the daily grind. I’m a Chef and I recently sold our restaurant to fully embrace guiding. I love fly fishing because the river and nature are where worries fade, and each fly fishing excursion brings a unique experience on the water. I often find more joy in helping others catch fish than catching them myself, whether rowing someone into a fish or landing their first one. As a guide in Colorado for the last decade, I'm passionate about sharing this experience with others, whether they're seasoned anglers or beginners. When not fishing, I love spending time with my two boys and cheering for the CU Buffs.
