About Nick Leach

“I grew up in Michigan fishing lakes and rivers with my dad and grandfathers chasing panfish, bass, pike, steelhead and salmon. We had boats on lakes and occasionally fished the big water of the Great Lakes. I grew up in the woods and on the water and it has stuck with me into my adult life. I am grateful for the outdoor upbringing and carry many of those memories with me every day. I moved to Colorado after college for a job and it was here where fly fishing took over most of my free time. I have fallen in love with the high alpine lakes and streams of the Rockies, and can't say I don't spend a bit of time on our more popular tailwaters… I guide because of the clients I get to meet and hang out with all day. I have met some incredible people and catching a few fish is an added bonus.”
