Well before I ever picked up a fly rod at around 12 years old, I was a kid obsessed with anything and everything fishing. My first fly fishing trip was on a small creek in Payson Arizona. I credit our guide that day for fully getting me hooked on fly fishing. He taught me a basic rollcast, as well as a bow and arrow cast for fishing tight tree cover. Although my casts were far from good, I eventually caught a trout, and my fly fishing journey began. My passion for fly fishing has only grown since, and I love sharing it with others! Guiding is an opportunity for me to pass on the knowledge that has been shared with me, and to give people the skills they need to fly fish on their own
